Staff Heavy Service Area, Not Responsive to Communities of Color

I suggest you...streamline the number of employees who work in the area of homelessness to enable more resources to go directly to services for creating job opportunities for homeless people, especially the working poor and for providing direct services to meet their mental health and physical health needs. This unit has too many employees. Secondly get more agencies of color, civic groups, faith based organization that serve communities of color into the solutions. It is a staff heavy, anglo network that does not seem driven to end homelessness in fifty years certainly not the ten years that is spoken about and sent out in press releases.
