Fair pricing for for-profit use of public spaces

Charge for-profit elite youth soccer teams a fair price for using public spaces. Currently the price is artificially low - use the money to fund field maintenance.

Nominally raise license fees on ALL pets - Not JUST cats

Raise license fees on all pets by 50 cents or $1 rather than just increasing license fees for cats. The mayor's fee approach seems unfair/biased and will likely cause less owners to license their cats thus resulting in less revenue.

Expand Light Rail

Capitol Hill, U-District, West Seattle, Ballard, Fremont, {insert your neighborhood here}. If we want to get serious about helping people get around town more easily without cars and encourage more density and less sprawl all while generating revenue and fostering sustainability... this is it.

Raise Revenue!

Raise Revenue!!!!

Why is the word TAX so reviled. When I moved here from NYC I could not believe a city, county and state could run without income tax.

Install Wind Turbines on City Owned Property

Install American made wind turbines to generate electricity and revenue in all city property that is 10 contiguous acres or more.

Public safety

More red light cameras

I suggest you implement red light cameras at most red lights in the city. This would raise millions in needed revenue and discourage dangerous lawbreaking.

But please, find a more local contractor that is not based in Arizona.

Libraries

Charge for hold items at libraries

Charge library patrons .50 to hold items. This will pay for the cost of City transportation to haul books and other materials placed on hold, from one library branch to another. Many libraries do this across the country.
