Put Someone in Charge of the Rights of Way

Put someone in charge of the rights of way. The agencies don't work well together and that causes a lot of inefficiencies especially between SPU and SDOT.

Reduce free privileges of wealth yacht owners

Currently yacht owners, people who generally make > 500K-1M a year, have huge tax incentives and get all kinds of privileges that they don't have to pay for. For example, they can sail down the ship canal and get the Fremont Bride and Ballard bridge to open up for them while a long line of cars pile up on both sides. Make them pay for that privilege. To see all the tax breaks they get see here: http://www.seattlepi.com/local/198998_boats10.html. ...more »
